All telephone bookings are provisional and will be held for five days. A non refundable deposit of £50.00 per week secures the booking. The balance is due six weeks prior to the start of the holiday. No reminder will be sent. If the balance isn't received by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan. Cheques and postal orders are to made payable to J Tooth. If you make a booking less than six weeks before your holiday, the full payment is required at the time of booking. The caravan is let on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, although in the low season this can be open to change. On the day of departure the caravan needs to be vacated by 10.00am, and arrivals can only enter from 3.30pm. The caravan should be left in a clean and tidy condition and the person making the booking is responsible for any damage caused. You must ensure that the keys are returned to reception on the day of departure. Failure to do so will result in a charge of £10.00 to replace the key. We are unable to accept single sex parties or groups under the age of 21. Devon Cliffs reserves the right to require any party to leave the site should any behaviour be unacceptable or cause a nuisance to any other holiday makers. No pets are allowed, nor is smoking permitted in the caravan. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given. If you have to cancel the holiday due to accident or illness, written confirmation will be required along with a doctor's note. If this occurs with more than 28 days to the start of your holiday then a full refund minus the deposit will be made. From 28 days to 21 days then 50% minus the deposit will be refunded. From 20 days to 14 days then 40% minus the deposit will be refunded. From 14 days to the day of arrival, no refund will be made. We do not own the caravan site therefore cannot accept responsibility for alterations to facilities from those advertised. IN CASE OF DISPUTE OUR DECISION IS FINAL. |
